French Toast Custard
Ingredients
- 1/8 C flour
- 1 C milk or cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- sliced bread
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together, expect flour, in a large bowl
- Sift flour into custard and combine
- Preheat griddle to medium and lightly butter
- Dip bread in custard and fry each side for about 4 minutes
- Top with Heidi’s Jam and whipped cream
- Maple Syrup is optional
