A cocktail recipe compliments of Left Turn Distillery
2 ounces New Mexico Blue Corn whiskey
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup (adjusted for desired sweetness)
1 tablespoon of Heidi’s Strawberry Jam
Fresh chopped strawberries and basil sprig for garnish, optional
In a shaker filled with ice, add whskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously; then strain into an ice-filled glass. Toss in a some pieces of strawberry. Add tablespoon of jam and gently incorporate with a straw. Use a sprig of basil for garnish.
