- 1/4 c champagne vinegar
- 1/2 c olive oil (best quality)
- 2 TBS onion or shallot diced very fine
- 4 TBS Heidi’s Raspberry Jam
- S&P to taste
- Combine all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl or mixer.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Slowly drizzle oil while mixing continuously.
- Taste and adjust seasoning
