Raspberry Vinaigrette – Heidi's Raspberry Farm

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c champagne vinegar 
  • 1/2 c olive oil (best quality)
  • 2 TBS onion or shallot diced very fine
  • 4 TBS Heidi’s Raspberry Jam 
  • S&P to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl or mixer.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Slowly drizzle oil while mixing continuously. 
  • Taste and adjust seasoning
