Baked Brie with Heidi’s Raspberry Jam

Chances are that the recent holiday entertaining season left you with a few extra cheeses and maybe some puff pasty hanging around. And if you’re lucky you either got gifted or hoarded away a little Heidi’s Raspberry Jam. Even if you didn’t, this three ingredient recipe is a snap to shop for and even easier to put together. Of course you could share this with friends, but since Heidi’s is organic and low in sugar there’s no shame in treating yo’self to the dang whole thing.  


– 1 sheet of frozen puff pastry – 6″ round of brie cheese, cold- 3 Tbsp. Heidi’s Raspberry Jam (or flavor of your choice)DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay the puff pastry on the lined baking sheet. Place Brie in the center. Spread the jam over the top. Fold the pastry up and over the Brie, pleating it to enclose the cheese. Gently pinch the dough together at the center to seal. Flip the Brie over so the pastry is seam-side down. Brush the pastry with oil.
Bake until nicely browned, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes and serve warm.
